  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products bought during sale or promotional offers

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear after delivery

  • Size issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) (refunds will be issued as store credit if applicable)


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or video of the issue

    • Brief description of the problem

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days


4. Refund Approval

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders

  • COD orders will receive store credit or exchange (as applicable)

  • RareThreds reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after inspection


5. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved due to an error from RareThreds, return shipping may be covered by us


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
