Order Processing
- Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Ensure that all details are correct before completing the checkout process.
- RARE THREDS does not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from New Delhi, India.
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Note: In cases of high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such situations, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check to the billing address. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
All orders are subject to review by our security team, and RARE THREDS reserves the right to cancel any order.
Shipping Confirmation
- Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping delays may occur during special releases, holidays, or promotional periods.
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products must not have any damage, stains, or odors.
Pre-Order Policy
- Items marked as Pre-Order will ship once they arrive at our facility. Payment is collected at checkout for pre-order items.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
